The Westlake Health & Wellness Center is your medical home for all your healthcare needs including prevention, wellness, acute and chronic care. As a PCMH accredited facility, the center offers you personalized care plans, medication review, coaching, advice and support. The Westlake Health & Wellness Center team will work with you to develop a personalized care plan that respects your unique needs, culture, values and preferences. In addition, the team will help you navigate all of the elements of the complex healthcare system and provide the right care at the right time by connecting you with community specialists and resources when you need them.
Adult Primary Care
The adult primary care practice provides treatment for all types of illness, from sore throats, infections, sprains and strains, to the management of more complex conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and asthma.
Fully staffed with full-time physicians and a medical support staff, the adult primary care team takes time to understand your healthcare needs and provides a holistic and integrated approach that treats your acute and chronic conditions while promoting health and wellness.
As your healthcare manager, your primary care physician can arrange for additional testing, provide referrals to the right specialist and help guide you through the various treatment recommendations so you can choose the best option for your whole life.

Pediatrics
When your child gets sick and needs a doctor right away, the Westlake Health & Wellness Center is here to support you. The center offers high-quality, affordable healthcare services and treatments for acute conditions, such as sore throats, ear infections, strep, bronchitis and flu.
Services include:
- Acute care, such as sore throats, infections, influenza, bronchitis, asthma, rashes, headaches and colds
- General physicals
- School, sports and camp physicals
- Immunizations
It’s also a convenient place for immunizations and annual physicals for sports, summer camps and school. The center staff can provide referrals to qualified pediatric specialists if needed, or if you’re new to the area, help you find a pediatrician close to where you live.
While not designed to replace your child’s pediatric physician, the Westlake Health & Wellness Center’s pediatric service is standing by with same-day access to medical treatment from concerned and caring professionals.
